Dr. Dhaliwal was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta. He earned a Bachelor of Science with a major in Biology and a minor in Sociology from the University of Alberta before pursuing his dental education at Boston University, where he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.

Following dental school, Dr. Dhaliwal completed a one-year General Practice Residency at NYU Langone Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. He subsequently practiced general dentistry in Connecticut and Massachusetts, during which his passion for endodontics inspired him to pursue advanced specialty training.

Dr. Dhaliwal returned to Boston University to complete a three-year postgraduate program, earning both a Master of Science degree and a Certificate in Endodontics. His comprehensive training focused on advanced root canal therapy, endodontic microsurgery, dental trauma, and the diagnosis and management of complex endodontic conditions.

After working as an endodontist in the United States, Dr. Dhaliwal is excited to be back in his hometown of Edmonton. He is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based endodontic care using the latest techniques and technology.

Dr. Dhaliwal is board certified in both Canada and the United States. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada (FRCD(C)) and a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics (ABE).
